We are
so glad you stopped by to visit our website. Have you ever considered giving your life for something great? If you are looking for a genuine full gospel
ministerial fellowship, not a mail order house, then you have found it. Well International Association of
Young Christian Ministers & Churches in Is a Oneness, non denominational
group of churches and ministers associations that have come to know and understand God's divine purpose for His body, the
local church and his ministers. We are convinced of the reality that the local church is the hope of the world, and her
success relies primarily on her ministers (pastors, evangelists, teachers, apostle Pastors - Associate Pastors - Staff Pastors - Lay Ministers - Outreach Ministers,
Music Ministers - Christian Workers - Missionaries etc). If the local
church can return to where she was birthed in the Book of Acts chapter 2, Satan’s kingdom will be pushed back and God's
kingdom will prevail!
With that perspective, International association of young
Christian ministers in missions exists as an international nonprofit, religious fellowship that is available for any
ministry or church and ministers to prayerfully join this fellowship worldwide, a desire for humble servant leadership, a
spiritual covering, and assistance with training and support in furthering the work of the local church. International
association of young Christian ministers in missions does not call individuals into the ministry. God is the One
who begins to tug at the heart and He alone puts in a love and burden for man's soul. Iacm believes that
only God calls a person to work for Him and give them the passion they need to fulfill that calling.
Although one may not need a license to do the work
that God has called you to fulfill, iacm is able to license ministers and teachers of the Gospel so that they might
be more efficient in fulfilling the requirements in their local areas and internationally; able to perform certain sacredotal
functions and rites of the Christian ministry as required by law. Whether your ministry takes place in a home, small
group, church sanctuary, or foreign mission, iacm is available for you to work together so that the name of Jesus reaches
the lost in our world. The iacm also provides a great fellowship among ministers and teachers of like precious faith.

The Ministerial Body
We believe that the ordained ministry is a calling of God and that the Holy
Spirit confers upon each ordained minister the faculty of serving the church in distinct capacities and with distinct gifts,
the manifestations of which are all for the edification of the Body of Christ (Romans 12:6-8; 1 Corinthians 12:5-11; Ephesians
4:11-12).
We believe that the calling to the
ministry is of divine origin and the Word of God contains sufficient teaching regarding the requirements that must be met
by the person who is to serve in the ministry. Therefore, duly organized teams are responsible for examining candidates
for the ordained ministry to determine whether these candidates should be approved (Acts 1:23-26, 6:13; 1 Timothy 3:1-10,
4:14, 5:22; Titus 1:5-9).
We also believe that the Holy Spirit
uses the minister in various ways according to the needs of the work of the Lord and the capability and personal disposition
of the ministers. No one can be placed in a higher position than that of which he is worthy (1 Timothy 3:13; Romans
12:3).
We believe that the bishop is the highest
office work in the ministry. Bishops shall therefore receive special respect and consideration, but without detriment
to those who occupy other positions.
